Reality: it is standard Russian tactics. Pyotr Nesterov pioneered the ‘aerial ramming’ technique, and dumping fuel on the enemy, back in World War One, and have been practicing it ever since.

The US is just having a snit because none of their Top Guns have either the balls or the skills to do this.
