Too little too late. Where was this 3 years ago? It was clear that the Deep State had it's tentacles in all the security clearance areas of government for a long time. Why did he not clean house before? The Deep State already showed that they were working to subvert him. WTF happened?

Agreed. Only thing I can figure is he wanted to "play ball" with the Military-Industrial Complex for 4 years in hope of getting re-elected and making more drastic changes. And now he's having to do a bunch of that stuff last moment. But I agree, too little, too late.

just a suggestion that you not underestimate mister trump.. he might have an ace up his sleeve and he isnt going to reveal that to the democrats.. also ask yourself this... if the democrats are so sure that they are going to win, then why do they keep badgering mister trump? maybe because they have not yet won this battle.

He was a life long democrat.

Why not just do it when it counted. Makes little sense to me. Biden might get us into some wars and then Trump, in 2024 can play the anti-war rhetoric.

Because the military industrial complex being 100% against him would cause the media and banks to be 100% against him, which would ensure he would not get re-elected. So he had to play it quiet on the anti-war stuff while pretending to be with them. But now it's becoming clear he might not get a second term, so all those cards he was holding to play next term, he's playing now. Better late than never I guess, but still quite disappointing I agree.
