origin of this study is a viral article in Ides of March edition of New Yorker mag., which I did not read because registration req'd, but see plenty of downstream ripples...
tl;dr WallSt goblins are turning to "manufactured housing" along with their turn toward real estate (see REIT market), like a voracious predatory fish charges into a shoal of herring. 'Manufactured' is better than 'Mobile'; if the destination is a park with rented lots, the mobility ends and the rentier tyranny begins. See relief model, below.
