People who tried to create new WPD-style subs on reddit, what is their reason for banning a new sub?

IIRC, it doesn't go against any reddit rules to create a new sub with the same purpose as the removed ones as long as the new sub itself haven't violate the rules, isn't it?
So I whether reddit give you any reason for banning the new sub you created. And if they did, what's the reason they give?

Tbh I don't even think about that piece of shit site anymore, I literally feel so much better ever since I left it behind.

Exactly this. The ban reason even says so:

This subreddit was banned due to a violation of Reddit’s content policy against creating or repurposing a sub to reconstitute or serve the same objective as a previously banned or quarantined subreddit.
