What's the most concrete thing he's said on his road-to-450?

We all know he's gained weight back and he's confirmed it, but anyone have a number he might have said in one of his pity streams?

he is 400 easy. his heaviest was 500+ but he will never admit it.

He lies constantly so the number changes a lot. He said 320 a few weeks ago. Then some other number when on that RTU podcast which was higher, like 345 ish?

It's all bullshit he comes up with on the spot. By looking at him I guess he is around 380 right now. And he is steadily rising in weight for around a year now, too. He could very well get back to 450 in 2020.
