It fucking sucks. I was working out and got frustrated, I had 15kg on my back which isn't a lot but enough to damage a few nerves if you're stupid with it. I went to take it off and kind of flung it the side and it must of pinched the back of my neck because now whenever I do any strenuous activity, a sharp pain travels up my neck and into the back of my head. It's so painful I have to just sit there for 10 minutes or so and the pain doesn't fully subside until the day after. It's like a sharp stabbing pain. Whatever it is I feel I've definitely fucked something up. It sucks because exercising is the only thing keeping me happy right now and now I can't even do that. I'm pretty impatient when it comes to injuries I usually just give it a week tops, I can't just do nothing for 6 weeks or I'll fall into pits of depression. A break from working out was kind of necessary anyway, I think I've fried my CNS.
I'm a bit worried cuz you know besides from the heart, the head is basically the second most important thing, and neither of them do well when you injure them.
Another thing that has me concerned is the small lump behind my ear. It's gone down in size but it's still there. Not noticeable unless you feel it. I'm reluctant on getting it checked out because I don't want it to be a fucking tumour or some shit. I usually don't go to the doctors for anything, my body's healed everything I've injured before so I never felt it were necessary. The only thing that hasn't fully healed was one of my knuckles when I was knocking a wall out with a hammer and chisel, and missed the chisel lol. It doesn't hurt and I can bend my fingers fully, but now I this lump on one of them and a scar. The body is pretty remarkable at healing shit.
