Needs some better specification: The mRNA is transferred via breast-milk to (unvaccinated) babies.
Mc Cullough also talks about how the code can be found in the DNA of some cells (reverse transcription) and might get in the full genetic code of a new baby.
I think that the chance is very low, but has to be mentioned as a risk. This is a gen-therapy not a protein-based vaccine.
