I'm withholding judgment as there's no information available about the original and it hasn't been confirmed to be from 1930. But if it is: holy shit.

Yep. The animation style and stuff seems legit from that era, even if not documented and verified. Would seem like a lot of trouble for a fake. Not sure why it's recorded so poorly. I was wondering if it was possible that it was clips from different things of the era compiled together. If it is all in a single original film that's some powerful stuff.
