Hey, so spike proteins introduced into human DNA. I'm sure that's no problem, right?

The protein is not a RNA sequence. It goes 1 way only.

Once an RNA sequence is written to DNA, it's written and will stay, and this DNA will make proteins according to the blueprint that this (new) DNA indicates.

Yes. The rna can be reverse transcribed to a piece of dna.
For the certain molecules need to be present.
Then the dna needs to be transported and inserted into the nucleus.

It happens with aids it appears.
All conditions need to be researched under which this can happen.

I'm pretty sure it's all been done already, especially in this case.
