Pfizer claimed it is 100% effective on a young people that are 100% immune. So what do they mean by "effective"? Causing severe side-effects?

Notes: The tests were probably done with poor people in India. That is how they found "sick" kids. "Mild Covid" was probably "detected" via PCR, that gives false positives on almost anything. They can manipulate the outcome via the hidden multiplication cycles. Does mild covid mean a fever or a sneeze? The "Placebo" is likely other vaccine and not saline. Only in the first trials most of the tests were saline, but later (after claiming it was safe) they moved away from that. According to other research, the kids did not transmit the viruses much, because the body fights them off easily (when healthy). They usually got it from their parents instead. It only transmits symptomatic, because that is when the viruses start multiplying.
