Also they have reduced the PCR amplification cycles from 35 to 28.

I have a hypothesis.

People who get the vaccine may be testing positive for covid with the PCR test.

They supposedly designed most of the PCR assays to look for other sequences besides the spike protein. But here is one Danish study on vaccine effectiveness that clearly shows people have a higher rate of positive PCR results for 2 weeks after the vaccine jab than the unvaccinated group.
