The FDA has misled the public. The key misleading statements are analyzed below point-by-point according to the sequence of their presentation in the Letter but under the following four categories for the convenience of the readers:

A. Cherry-picking to eviscerate the guidance for issuance of an EUA for a COVID-19 vaccine.

B. Knowingly promoting inaccurate PCR tests for SARS-CoV-2.

C. Finding excuses for using PCR tests with high false-positive rates for this vaccine trial.

D. Glossing over potential risks of an mRNA vaccine while concealing its true efficacy.

Based on symptoms (no PCR) there is almost no improvement.
And the test groups are also different in medical history and medicine use.

All vaccines are complete safe!

Because experimental mRNA treatments have never proven beyond doubt to be solely responsible for the deaths of completely healthy people within a few days. Nor does the increase in deaths in elderly care facilities right after vaccinations not mean that the vaccine is unsafe, because it could be coincidental even with this very small chance. And the 35 times more deaths compared to flu-vaccinations are unrelated, because the vaccine is just being rolled out.

And that is because we do not know enough about the side-effects of these experimental treatments. Therefore we assume that all these deaths and side-effects are caused by people reading misinformation on the internet. And not due to the big-pharma trying to get as much money as they can out of this crisis. Because Big-pharma is always working for the best of people.
