It's very common for people to develop the Guillain-Barré Syndrome after receiving a shot. The supposed "Syndrome" is obviously Polio itself...

This has always been the case. The vast majority of "polio" cases before the vaccine were from DDT, not the polio virus. The virus is quite common and very rarely causes any problems.
