no, do you even know how shots work, you are supposed to move your arm so the fluids from the shot goes through your bloodstream, if not it won't take effect.

it's not supposed to go in your blood stream that's why they put the shot in your upper arm muscle not the artery like they do most shots. If it gets in your blood that's when it travels to your heart and causes myocarditis. Either way that has nothing to do with the nerve problems he is describing which is not just in his arm. It's likely it activated his latent parkinsons which he was going to get anyway later in life but now he has to deal with now.
