Why does it cause heart damaage? Explained:
The mRNA in moderna programs cells to produce spike-proteins. They (mRNA and spikeproteins) spread all over the body, and they cause blood-clots. We know that from animal tests too. This happens in about 60% of patients, according to the D-Dimer test.
The spike-proteins appear to trigger the blood-platelets and cause a lot of other damage as well.

Does anyone know the difference between moderna/pfizer vax? They're both mRNA so what's the diff? (searching just brings up differences in outcomes, stats, and all that, nothing technical)

I don't have hard data on this, but I have heard that moderna delivers a higher load of mRNA per dose. The formulations are different as well, I'm sure, but it may be as simple as this difference in dose.

      Sweden has noticed that Moderna apparently increases the incidence of myocarditis by something like 13 per 1,000,000 compared to pfizer. Or a 0.0013% chance. "Crippling" isn't very specific, but most cases certainly require hospitalisation, but they mostly respond well to standard treatment with a mild and selflimiting course.

      Low, but they figure if they use pfizer, they'll keep a couple of dozen people out of hospital. Fair call.
