Of course, but that's not the same thing. The hint is in the words "building up".

What you describe is also called progress. But can niggers 'progress'? You will be be hard pressed to find significant evidence of it. And no that one nigger with a PhD who discovered 'something important' is not significant evidence; it's an outlier.
