It's harmful to consider people's valid sexual attraction to minors as a risk factor for criminal activity. Just because he's done something with a near-unity rate of recidivism in the past doesn't mean he will in the future!

There's no excuse for this kind of behavior from the authorities. People would be either heavily punished and be given the chance to reform in prison, or executed in a functional system.

Prison ironically drives people more crazy instead.
