In fact he is telling the truth as far as he is concerned. Rape of little girls is 100% permissible in their death rape cult as does it not emulate their prophet? Of course it does. "Through terror I have been made victorious" is the deal there. That's word for word what their death cult leader said and what better terror to females than rape?
