Somehow these stories always bury the lede:

The incidents continued around the globe, at a U.S. Consulate in China, a U.S. facility in Russia, as well as other countries in the Middle East, Europe, and even on U.S. soil in Washington, D.C., just miles away from the White House.

It's not some Russian van shutting down their evil ray, driving from Havana to Vienna, and starting it back up again. It's in embassies all over.

My guess is that it's their own equipment at fault. Incompetence is easiest to believe. Of course, somehow implicating incompetence would be even funnier, but so far the media isn't taking the bait, even though it's an obvious scenario.

The cause are phone towers. Not only they got Remote Neural Monitoring but also damage inducing modes. It is "China", but at the command of a black party of Americans and Israelis.
