Ilhan Omar is the perfect example of one of the flaws with progressivism and immigration. Her and her family had to flee their home country, Somalia, with the clothes on their backs. They spent four years in a Kenyan refugee camp before winning the immigration lottery and arriving in the US. She then fell into the US Congress. An immigration dream! Within one generation, she got a job with the most powerful organization in the US, Congress. Does she celebrate a country that gave her those opportunities? No, she takes every opportunity to bash it as racist and needing to be torn down and rebuilt. All while wearing Somali garb, though she spent only 9 years in that country. Fuck her!
