"My comments and questions to OSHA regarding the COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing; Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) Like a common cold virus, the influenza virus, and other respiratory viruses, the SARS-CoV-2, aka COVID-19, is an illness that a healthy human body can fight, recover and protect itself against further illness (natural immunity). My questions to you, OSHA, are the following: Why do you, OSHA, disregard natural immunity? As you may not know or fully understand, that tens of thousands (probably millions) of people have fully recovered from COVID-19 and are now immune to this respiratory illness, and are most likely better protected than any man-made drug. Why are stepping into the medical field? OSHA, you are an administration to protect workers from occupational health and safety hazards, i.e. hazardous and toxic substances and waste materials, back injuries, fall protection, machine guarding, electrical safety, asbestos, slips, trips, falls, etc. OSHA, why hasn't there been an ETS in the past for seasonal influenza (annually), swine flu (2010), avian flu (2006), Ebola (2014-2015), the common cold (annually), previous pandemic influenza virus outbreaks (2007-2009), and previous SARS outbreaks? References from your webpage (https://www.osha.gov/emergency-preparedness/sars - Severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) is an emerging,sometimes fatal, respiratory illness.The first identified cases occurred in China in late 2002, and the disease has now spread throughout the world.) Regarding masks, simple masks (medical or paper) and cloth face coverings do not protect the wearer from ANY air borne particle, especially a virus molecule, which is approximately 0.1 microns in diameter – a virus particle is 1000 times smaller than a human hair). You, OSHA, should know that because you have implemented a respiratory protection standard for workers, via the use of a NIOSH approved and properly fitted and tested respirator. Respirators (half-face/ full-face Air Purifying Respirator, and Powered Air Purifying Respirators), which are designed to protect workers (aka wearer) must be fitted with a proper air filter. As a result, approved air filtrating respirators are the only masks that will protect the wearer. There are no proven and accepted face covering or mask that will protect the wearer. Any paper mask or cloth face covering are not designed to protect you or your co-worker. In other words, masks and cloth face coverings are useless."

"We the people of this great nation absolutely abhor this cowardly White House act of weaponizing the U. S. Labor department to infringe upon the freedoms and constitutional rights of the populace of this country. This overreach of power and self righteous delegation of authority is but a vain attempt to strip, we the people, of our right to choose or reject the injection of, what I believe to be, a harmful, ungodly chemical into our bodies, yet the very same self righteous delegators declare it lawful and a right to abort an innocent child.......and dare to call it pro-choice. One day, all who propagate this madness, will stand before the throne of God and somehow try to differentiate your inconsistent pro-choice applications.......May God have mercy on your souls!

You know as well as I, this is NOT about life, this is about power and control. Even, we the ignorant, can see the ignorance of forcing a vaccine on those who are 27 times more immune than the vaccinated. And, you wonder why we distrust this administration and the mandates forced upon us. Hmmmm, maybe we ain't so ignorant....and I sincerely hope and pray that someday the evil that is being perpetrated upon innocent people will be exposed.......Again, may God have mercy on your souls!"
