I remember when Israel was getting started it was all "2 state solution, 2 state solution!" and then one day that phrase kind of disappeared from the media vernacular.

It seems like a situation of crying "Let's be equal!" when at a disadvantage, then crying "We're just defending ourselves!" when at an advantage. Either way they frame Israel as a victim, despite the fact the Israeli government and military kills 10x more Palestinians than the reverse.

Palestine also doesn't have a complete blockade surrounding 1.3 million people what effectually is a giant open-air prison, like Israel does with the Gaza Strip.

Israel is obviously the aggressor. I would probably like Israel if they could actually stay within their borders, but they have this empire mindset where they keep expanding and expanding at the expense of other peoples and governments... Imperialism isn't suddenly OK just because they have a great victim card to play.
