These are not poor people. These are people who are gaming the system at the expense of the poor. Democrat politics of vote buying.

oke, thats sucks, diddent know that, pretty low, specialy when the poor who really need it going to suffer from that crap, basicly its stealing from poor people, very low, but then again those kind of people are low/ or maybe unaware of what they are causing
