The "tictac" video shows an out-of-focus insect inside the jet fighters' camera housing.

Also, that green triangle is a known optical artifact of the camera iris.

As a journalist formerly working for corporate media news, this guy is probably CIA-handled with a likely artificially inflated YouTube-subscriber number. He has some well-produced interesting content as well as glossy crap.
