lol not really, there's a history of that going back 1000 years, East Africa only exists because of AMBF.

more recently in American history AM and BW intersexytime led to the precursor for American integration, the fact that there were so many Blasian babies born in the south made the racists in Washington freak out that integration of blacks and whites was also possible.
