He is one ugly crook with a microdick, but I must say I admire his manly tenacity. He's so hellbent on proving he is a woman through multiple lawsuits that he unadvertently proves he is a man.

However, I'm interested in the new lawsuit trajectory. We know that the IBA who first ordered sex tests on him offered a way to dispute his results through a sports judicial entity, and he just never went through the process (because the entity is required to publish its case results, and our microbepenised "woman" has a vested interest in obscuring his sex as long as possible). Then he launched a complaint with the French government against J.K. Rowling, Trump, and Elon Musk, arguing that they had "harassed" him online by stating he was a man and incited others to harass him. But again, the dude was only singing the harassment tune. He was very careful not to start an actual defamation lawsuit because in most jurisdictions he would have to prove that defamatory allegations against him were untrue.

So the question is: what specifically he claims journalists who leaked his medical files are guilty of? This is not even the first time his medical results are leaked, his IBA-ordered sex tests popped up 4 months ago - why no complaints back then?
