The judge is calling the FL administration to actually show their evidence rather than fear mongering. Pointing at the solid line of supported evidence and medical backing means they need to make this about the science and healthcare and not personal feels and fears.

You know, in theory I'd like to live in a country where the government has to show every law is based on solid evidence. We would certainly have far fewer laws. But we don't live in such a country, and it's extraordinary for a judge to apply that standard. You'd almost think that judge was playing politics instead of ruling based on the law.
