You know, in theory I'd like to live in a country where the government has to show every law is based on solid evidence. We would certainly have far fewer laws. But we don't live in such a country, and it's extraordinary for a judge to apply that standard. You'd almost think that judge was playing politics instead of ruling based on the law.
