Bit of a stretch. Though good luck trying to argue that breasts are a "congenital defect".

Otherwise great, I am perfectly happy society is finally starting to recognize the horrible genetic disease known as "female" which is sweeping the country. More than 50% of people suffer from it. Symptoms include being annoying. Discharging blood. And an inability to drive correctly.

That's why I am putting together a ballot proposition to help the poor souls suffering from feminitiy.

Won't you sign my petition to put an end to female suffrage once and for all?

If you say no clearly you are a bigot who wants women to suffer!

That was an early Jimmy Kimmel/Adam Carolla ‘Man show’ bit wasn’t it? They got lots of women to sign the petition iirc (because no one understood what suffrage meant).
