I'm having some major alphabet fatigue. I'm cool with gay people and even trans people that aren't aggressive and just want to blend in, but I'm tired of hearing about how they need to be more visible when they've been on a pedestal for years now. I've seen it said that it's necessary because support for them is going down, but I think it's mostly just that it's been pushed so hard that people are sick of it and they're making it worse.

it's like all those little US flags that got shredded to ribbons or abandoned in puddles by 2002, or watching the blue-and-yellow get quietly removed from the logos of bands and heart-health societies and language-learning apps after 2022 ended
