It's such a mindfuck. These people interpret 'misgendering' as literal violence yet are ok with vaginal intercourse.
I don't think she was trying to get pregnant. She sounds pretty hostile to the concept. Reminds me of one of the TiFs Exulansic has profiled who unexpectedly had a baby. She had overt contempt for her child and seems very disassociated, because she's so focused on her own transition.
I don't think this pregnant 'man's' baby is going to be particularly well cared for. We already know it won't be breastfed.

I suppose that hormonal birth control can’t be taken if you’re taking testosterone, but with IUD, condoms, spermicide gel, rhythm, abstinence, withdrawal, “alternative entry”, non-penetrative sex and abortion (and possibly others that I’ve missed) there is no excuse for having an unwanted or surprise child - even moreso when you are trying to avoid things that remind you that you’re a woman.
In the UK with free contraception and family planning being readily available and good sex education (that has dramatically reduced the rate of teen pregnancy) it’s even more unforgivable.
