Underage chest reconstruction surgeries 2016-2019. Note: These numbers are likely an undercount as JAMA did not track procedures at private surgery centers. “The median total charges for chest reconstruction were $29,886 ($21,285–$45,147)”

The ages of the pediatric patients ranged from 12 to 17, with 42 (5.5%) of the recipients between 12 and 14, 131 (16%) aged 15, 291 (34.5%) aged 16, and 365 (44%) aged 17. Race and ethnicity were collected from hospital records only in 2019, the authors note. The vast majority of patients were white (77.9%), followed by Hispanics (12.2%), blacks (2.7%), Asian or Pacific Islanders (2.5%), and Native Americans (0.5%). About 4% were categorized as “other race.”
Cutting the breasts off children is just plain evil.
It is also interesting, for all the shouting of “black trans lives matter” they don’t seem to make up a proportionate number of TiFs. I’d like to see number for TiMs.

Okay, but there is the question of how many of these were troon job cuts, and how many were for other reasons. There is, I vaguely recall, something where girls develop a good bit earlier than they should and end with up breasts that aren't suited to their actual bodies. Consequently, they get reductions done which, among other things, alleviates the potential for serious back problems as they get older.

Negligible.
Breast reduction isn’t done on teenagers. An ex-girlfriend, when I was 15, was really anxious about her uneven breasts- really anxious- but the doctor said they wouldn’t do anything to them until she was an adult. She eventually had a reduction when she was 19 I think.
And precocious puberty in girls is puberty before the age of eight or so. For which puberty blockers are given for a year or so - because it’s actually dangerous for little kids to go through very early puberty - but even if they were doing breast operations for precocious puberty, they wouldn’t show up in this data as precocious puberty affects younger girls.
