The Daily Wire wanted to make the documentary “What is a Woman?” free on Twitter for the one year anniversary on June 1st and Twitter agreed and signed a contract to promote it to users.

Then a new CEO is appointed and all of a sudden they demand to watch the film, want to put trigger warnings, demanded the film edit it to remove all instances of “misgendering” and wouldn’t promote it - breaking the contract with The Daily Wire.

This has revealed to be true all the worries people had when Musk appointed the new CEO, free speech went out of the window because she is woke as fuck.

My prediction is that the CEO will “resign” very soon.

I wouldn't say "driven" by it - who really drives it are mysoginist and homophobic men - but yes, there's certainly a strong component of what you describe. This is how female oppression has always worked: men oppressing women thanks to what we now call handmaidens. For every woman who says "Maybe I shouldn't have to wear a burqa?", there's always a woman replying "You suck, burqa is awesome! Look at me, men, am I not a good partner??".
