...I mean, there is a large difference between "if you actively dislike a certain group and refuse to work with people of this group/serve customers of this group, we don't want you" and "we will hold you down and make you suck girldick in place of the mannequins in the center of the store", so I'd kind of like to get more info of what "comply with it" entails.

I would expect that "comply with it" means that you have to pledge allegiance to the company's DEI principles and demonstrate that, as a manager, you are actively engaged in an attempt to implement DEI in hiring, promotion, advertising, etc...

Exactly, which is...pretty much par for the course with a company.
