This is how we do in America; we don't fix/reduce issues within reason, we overcorrect until the solution becomes worse than the original problem. I never thought trans people should be denied transitioning as a solution to a disorder, but at the same time, don't think they get to be in charge of language and biology either. As per usual, it went from "trans rights are human rights" to "omg, if you're not trans you're transphobic."

I've seen people still say that this is trans genocide because it is erasing their unique identity, seeing as they are more accustomed to their new gender than old. Thoughts on that?
