Best treatment is opioids. You will live mostly in your own pleasant dream world but will find blindness makes social interaction difficult. Do not lose hope since some are able to overcome this disability. One good point is that you can have sex with members of the opposite sex (or whatever) who may be visually impaired (hard to look at if your eyes were stil functioning) but will happily bang your brains out.
