Dude, actual women who are barhags can, under the right lighting and BAC, get picked up for a one night poke. So I could see someone unwittingly taking this home under the same circumstances. And then overlooking (or ignoring) the tells because they're hooked on the chase since "she" won't give it up right off the bat.
