biological reality is an illusion. you are not your body and NDEs testify of that. Labeling things "biological reality" begs the question, by the way. Spirits interact with bodies just fine, because you are one and inhabit that meat suit of yours.

You've become so occupied with the affairs of this world that you've forgotten you even exist.

And yes, reality is an illusion too. Evil beings rule this world and its not hard to figure out seeing how nature works.
