Because the Holy American Negro is not expected to have basic human decency. The Holy American Negro can rob, murder and rape and none of that is his fault. In fact, European and Asian people should just smile and say "thank you Holy American Negro" to any and all abuse heaped upon their heads by the Holy American Negro.
