By "intersex women" they mean people with XY chromosomes and corresponding male levels of testosterone.

In the Women's 800m track event at the 2016 Olympics, the gold, silver, and bronze medals were all won by such "intersex women" with XY chromosomes. They are really intersex males.

His argument makes no sense. Excluding trannies and pseudotrannies from competing would simply mean you'd be left with the typical racial distribution of real women.

But even so, a bunch of white girls competing with each other is still fairer than having a bunch of PoC girls competing with men.
