These people would, in the before times, been sectioned and detained in a mental institution. But these days, in the Rainbow times, we have to be careful about kinkshaming. The fact that none of the news reporting about this case has mentioned body dysmorphic disorder, which is clearly what he has, is pretty disturbing.
