Knowles was obviously not talking about getting rid of people; he was talking about protecting people by getting rid of a toxic ideology. It was a bit dumb of him to phrase things as glibly as he did; he should have known how transactivists would take advantage (though maybe he was intentionally trying to provoke them). Something tells me he won't get many rape threats.

It was intentional provocation. If he'd said "we need to eradicate the material conditions in America that encourage depressed isolated autistic people to seek emotional refuge in porn, before committing to irreversible sterilizing drugs and plastic surgery as a solution to a pathological mental self-perception disorder", they'd just accuse him of wanting "genocide" anyway.

There's never going to be understanding because the whole point is that half of us fnd it self-evident that being a self-loathing porn addict who cuts their genitals off is fundamentally unhealthy, and the other half supports and justifies it because they don't have an actual ideology beyond contrarianism or hedonism.
