Maybe this is a trans question, but women can get smegma, no? It's dead skin or something.

Yes, they do. It builds up around the same places this man is referring to. There's actually a female specific type of smegma, Smegma Clitoridis. Unlike smegma created by males, which partially functions as a lubricant (gross), female smegma serves no purpose and can actually cause genital pain if not cleaned via rinsing regularly.

For some reason very few women actually know this and continue perpetuating the myth that women don't produce smegma which only serves to hurt females in the long run, as it can lead to health issues and painful sex if not properly taken care of.

Never thought even male smegma did, except to renew the skin. A guy I knew thought smegma was dried semen, and I guess that would explain female smegma.
