This is hilariously pathetic. Most people grew up with Harry Potter without making it their personality. And now that a game that has no input from the creator herself is making massive bank from the normal people.

Mister Sister here has to live with the fact he'll never be a woman, and that people will choose the wizard game over his feelings. Lol I think it's the problem with these types in general. They're so desperate for something. I'm not sure what it is, attention. A sense of purpose? Love? Maybe it's just a side effect of depression pushing them to desperately try weird stuff to somehow not feel depressed. I'm not sure. But I've dealt with people like that before. Like I'm pretty damn down with nerdy shit. It's fun, but every nerd group I get in there's some people there where it's not fun to them. It's like a religion. Or serious business. And while I'll join in with the best of the most annoying nerds complaining about shit, there's just this bizzare subset that are like "imma gonna brand myself with corporate logos and shit" wtf? It's almost as bad as the Pogs and the merchandise whores.

It's like, your personality is that you buy shit. That's it. Your entire personality and goal in life is consumer? Like make weirdo fan art? That's creative I can approve. Make your own shit? Nice. Enjoy the movie or the book or the game or whatever, but like, there's so much more to the world, life, and hell even media than any one product.

Then again I've never really understood the appeal of tattoos anyway. I've got friends that love them but I've never understood why they want them and most who don't understand, my total apathy towards their emotional state, do take offense at my questioning as to the why, but it's not an attempt to criticize their tattoos or convince them not to get them, I'm just legitimately curious and interested in understanding desires that seem totally illogical and alien to me. I've yet to have anyone explain it well however. Besides the simple answer of "I just like them" or "I think they are pretty" I can accept that logic even if I don't agree.

Love how none of the games these people suggest are even close to what HL is. Like they want a single player magic game, Bradley, not bloodborne. It’s like they don’t even get WHY someone would play the game beyond being a “hateful bigot.” But then again, that level of narrowmindedness is pretty common when all you do all day is Jack off to sissy porn.
