Again, that's the point. These people DO know what Che Guevara did to the people who helped him get in power.

It's just that these people are so arrogant, so narcissistic, believe they're so fucking special and perfect, that they truly believe that when it ends, THEY will be Che Guevara, not one of the people getting killed for him.

Good catch, but it's the same point: If you end up the person in power who gets to kill the useful idiots, you don't have to worry about useful idiots being killed by the person in power.
