Asylums, sure. But not the lobotomies, icepicking someone's brain to "fix" what's wrong is no better than a troon knifejob. The real solution is getting them away from their infection vectors (primarily social media and porn), monitored therapy (to make sure that the therapist isn't part of the problem) and, for the actual, bonafide head cases, such drugs as are strictly necessary.
