The surgery goes horribly wrong and "she" dies on the table, the 0.01% mourn the death

or

The surgery goes well and the tissue is rejected. "She" dies, the 0.01% mourn the death

or

The surgery goes well, the transplant is not rejected, but somehow the THOUSAND other things necessary for pregnancy just can't ever seem to be lined up well enough to produce a live birth. Many, many children are sacrificed in the attempt. Nobody mourns the deaths but our Lord.

It is noteworthy that several feminists have declared they took themselves OFF the list of organ donors because this is happening. The thought of having everything from ovaries to pubic hair implanted in an insane male (male) so he can try to bear their children is horrifying.
