Even five years ago people would have thought this was satire.

Besides, these troons don’t want to actually have and raise kids. They just want to carry a baby inside of them to further live out their fetish. Once the kid arrived, the troon would no longer be the center of attention, which doesn’t sit well with narcissists.

Well, that's completely fine. Once they've carried a baby inside of them to further live out their fetish, many flat-out say that they'll just instantly go and have an abortion to further live out their fetish.
