How is suicide an external cause?

Also it's just not true that trans are at higher risk for homicide. It's actually lower than other groups. (https://unherd.com/2022/01/the-truth-about-trans-murders/)

And what murders do happen tend to be drug or prostitution related, i.e. they're equally dangerous for anyone partaking in those lifestyles.
