It's kinda hilarious how people can't answer questions like this, such simple black & white questions about reality, without getting confused and dodgy and fumbling over their words. It tells you a lot about how royally fucked society is right now.

You can’t answer illogical questions rationally and the question “are transwomen women?” is the very definition of illogical as it is “are men women?”.

The premise that transwomen are women is a purely religious belief and as logical and rational as believing that Mohammed flew up to heaven on a winged horse.

The difference with the trans question is that somehow we have found ourselves in a situation where this religion is being established and enforced by law.

One of the major complaints I have is that we have a de facto blasphemy law regarding Islam due to the way that even the moderate Muslims threaten violence at the slightest perceived insult. The troons have actually adopted the Muslim’s tactics.

The troons have actually adopted the Muslim’s tactics.

Which reinforces the fact that gender ideology is a religion.

This is what happens when society has been heavily infected by cultural marxism.Up is down, left is right, trans women are women....except for those who rape women because you know"No true scotsman fallacy."

On the plus side, it's better than it could be. It seemed like by now if it was unchecked, the discourse should have gotten to "rape is a crime of privilege, not of power or sex, so it's impossible for trans people to rape; why, the difference in privilege is so great that if a trans person were to force sex on a cis person the cis person would be the one who actually raped the trans person."

The interesting thing for me is that it appears to have taken the Scottish government (and Labour, the Greens, the Libdems and even lots of tories) entirely by surprise that literally no one, bar them, the establishment hacks in the media and the TRAs, has accepted this. The unified stance against everyone trying to foist this on the public has been something to behold.

It’s like a million voices cried out at once “Oh hells no!”, and weren’t silenced.

The little boy has finally made his voice heard, “the king is fucking naked!”

“the king is fucking naked!”

The queen is a naked rapist of a man.

Of course. Ultimately it shows that as long as trans people are reasonable about the rights, people will live up to it. The line for most people was "no, you don't get to compete in sports against cis women" because it was obviously special treatment, and the "no, shut the fuck up" line was "no, we're not letting literal sex criminals enter women's prison just by saying the magic words, because we know a women's prison and its captive audience of women who they can, would, and have proven they'd be able to overpower would be rewarding rapists by sending them to their own personal heaven."

There's the other side of it too. Even if a transwoman wasn't a rapist they're still male and have male strength. You know what's needed to restrain male strength? More male guards. Sadly many guards take advantage of prisoners so realistically they're adding to rape even if it's indirect.

No true cis person would refuse the sexual advances of a troon.

Only yesterday I asked one woman online (describes herself as “cis woman”, so an ordinary woman just plain stupid) about the trans issue, why this community is hiding predators, etc. She claimed that every group has bad apple, “straight, gay, cis, trans”, everyone. However, she most likely doesn’t have a clue why it’s less likely for trans rapists to be treated just as their normal men counterparts.

She was a massive handmaiden.

I’ve been waiting for someone to put that question to her.

This whole situation has blown apart the TWAW,TMAMANBAV creed in a very public fashion.

You either believe that TWAW and therefore rapists identifying as women go to women’s prisons or you don’t, there’s not really a middle ground.

The unspoken rule is "you are whatever you say you are, unless you cross us, in which case we go back to calling you what you obviously actually are."

And if misgendering is genocide, this means TRAs constantly commit self-genocide against themselves for everything from failing to hide your sex crimes effectively enough to having too-large prosthetic titties. A cruel and insouciant judge if ever there was one.

Transmen are men and non-binary is valid. Peace be upon him she/they, inshallah troonshallah.

"What is a trans woman?" is the question that needs to be asked. It cannot be allowed to mean "literally any man who says they're a woman".

[–]Q-Continuum-kin 6 insightful - 1 fun6 insightful - 0 fun7 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

The core political strategy of liberalism (the actual definition, not the way people use it) is to signal social justice issues in order to buy populist favor. Meanwhile the policy is to make tiny incremental changes to keep favor with the masses so that they don't revolt over the real policy moves to favor corporations and transfer wealth to the upper class.

Trans ideology is perfect for this because it is filled with absolutely vapid talking points which the politicians can repeat to get woke populist capital but then they don't actually need to implement any meaningful policy.

The clear problem arrives when you follow the nonsensical arguments to their logical conclusions. You start trying to put male rapists in female prisons which anyone with more than 1 braincell can see is a terrible idea. So they change course and send the male rapists to male prisons which causes the gender ideology to go crazy and then you get asked to resolve the paradox and their brains explode.

To a normal person it is not a paradox because the person is just literally a male and should go to a male prison. To a gender ideolog it is also not a paradox because they believe the person is just a woman and should go to a female prison. To the liberal politician trying to signal the issue it is suddenly a messaging paradox because there is no way to say the correct answer.

Are all women transwomen?

Sometimes.

[–]EvolaI identify as being correct. My pronouns are Told, You and So. 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

No. Next question.

No. Trans women are trans women. This fantasy land game the trans community continues to play is doing nothing for them. Deadnaming, pronoun hysteria, trying to change the language; all of it does nothing for them. I don't care what you identify as, you don't get to change the language or the law to suit your purposes.

Trans women are men or boys who like to dress up and be treated like women.

Being trans doesn’t exist. The very concept of people being able to change sex is a delusional fantasy. Wearing women’s clothing, taking artificial hormones at levels not meant for your body, and having some butcher cut off your penis and turn it inside out doesn’t make a man a woman.

[–]UncleWillard56 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

I agree that trans women/men are not "real" (or biological) men/women, but trans is a thing. Delusional and imo dangerous, but it does exist. What I find ironic is that trans literally means you're transitioning as treatment for a mental disorder (gender dysphoria). The fact that we allow people with a mental disorder to dictate language and argue against scientific fact is more ridiculous to me than the actual disorder.

[–]Clownfall 3 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 0 fun4 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

They can't even define sex and gender.

I miss the days of 'sex is biology, gender is a social construct'. Which was fine, Sex is real, gender is basically a heap of shitty stereotypes.

But now, it's 'no, gender is super-important!, it's like sex but better as you can change it!, we need to abolish the concept of biological sex!, abolishing those old gender sterotypes would be trans genocide!'
